Mackenzie Outdoor Ceiling Light Shines Through

Someone once told me she thought the sight of the sun setting in an endless expanse of calm sea waters was the most surreal and beautiful thing she had ever seen. I asked her to marry me the very next week by that very sea, at the very hour of an extremely memorable sunset. No wonder why sunsets have a special place in my heart. The Mackenzie light fixture ( found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49041az.html) recreates that natural splendor of a sun shining through the dancing waves (whether the designer of the outdoor light intended that effect is beyond my knowledge).
It perhaps would have made up for an evening at the beach had me and my wife not chosen to live right beside one. Still, we have plenty of these umber glass, bronze outdoor ceiling lights to enlighten the ‘beach house’ we have made for ourselves to remind us of that special night.
