Lancaster Gardens Outdoor Wall Lighting Fixture

Lancaster Gardens Outdoor Wall Lighting Fixtures

Lancaster Gardens is a special place where love, virtue and magic grows. The garden’s loveliness radiates when the switch to the outdoor wall lighting fixture is flipped on. It’s a very exciting discovery but to find it one must find the secret key that opens the door leading to the Lancaster Gardens outdoor wall light (found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49168.html). Hidden among the branches and leaves a single flower grows that holds the bronze passkey. Upon entering, find the path that’s lined with pines and rustic steps; it will lead to a magical champagne colored glass. Flip on the outdoor light and Lancaster Garden’s beauty is illuminated and its splendor touches the very core of the soul that discovers it.

Suburban Pasadena Outdoor Post Lighting

Pasadena Outdoor Post Lighitng Lamp

I was sure I had heard the name when I first read about the Kichler Pasadena outdoor post light. I agonized myself over it for quite some time before finally concluding that this post lamp had a ‘suburban name’. Those of you who have grown in peaceful neighborhoods in the suburbs must be well aware of what a beautiful suburban neighborhood is supposed to look like and how much warner it looks with exterior post lighting. There is a certain similarity and harmony among suburbs the world over. Their names, appearance of the houses, roads, roadside lamps, shopping malls and even families bear an unmistakable suburban identity. Being raised as a part of one such family, I grew up loving my calm and hassle-free life. No wonder why I instantly recognized and related with the suburban ancestry of this creamed glass outdoor lamp (found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49142.html). It seems to have been made to brighten those very California neighborhoods that I wandered about on my bike when I was a child. So much for beautiful memories.

Portman Outdoor Hanging Light ‘The Good Times’

Portman Outdoor Hanging Light

The Portman outdoor hanging light reminds me of those classy black and white movies of the 30’s, where despite the technical drawbacks, everything appeared to be brightly lit and sharply defined. Synonymous with the era it defines, this exterior lighting fixture is a combination of elegance and grace with the overall look resembling that of a 30’s elevator or phone booth. This classic look comes with either an old bronze frame or a stainless steel one (depending on whether you want a modern metallic look or a softer contemporary style). The updated finish and etched glass on these outdoor hanging lights (W: 11″ – H: 18.5″ – C: 72″) modernize the classic décor of your surroundings without going over-board (found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49161oz.html). The geometric shapes and parallel lines are a tribute to the earliest and best art deco architectural elements of outdoor design.

Kichler Maya Palm Outdoor Wall Lighting

Kichler Maya Palm Outdoor Wall Lighting

If the creators of Twilight were to design an outdoor wall lighting fixture this would be it. The Maya Palm exterior light (found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49249.html) is very vampire friendly with Dark Sky compliancy and energy star certified, available in 60 watt incandescent and 11.4 watt LED. Its curved lines that rise and fall into seemingly continuous space forming an intricate pattern that is dynamic, natural and at the same time controlled by boundaries. The aged bronze is perfectly complimented by a polite lustrous backplate. It births an intriguing matrix of shadows on adjacent walls and surfaces full of enchantment. This outdoor wall light has an allure that seduces the environment and highlights the brilliance of compromise between nature and industry.

Mackenzie Outdoor Ceiling Light Shines Through

mackenzie outdoor ceiling light fixture

Someone once told me she thought the sight of the sun setting in an endless expanse of calm sea waters was the most surreal and beautiful thing she had ever seen. I asked her to marry me the very next week by that very sea, at the very hour of an extremely memorable sunset. No wonder why sunsets have a special place in my heart. The Mackenzie light fixture ( found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49041az.html) recreates that natural splendor of a sun shining through the dancing waves (whether the designer of the outdoor light intended that effect is beyond my knowledge).
It perhaps would have made up for an evening at the beach had me and my wife not chosen to live right beside one. Still, we have plenty of these umber glass, bronze outdoor ceiling lights to enlighten the ‘beach house’ we have made for ourselves to remind us of that special night.

Craftsman Outdoor Hanging Lights: Go Ancient

Craftsman Bronze Outdoor Hanging Light

When somebody is told to do something, their natural response constitutes a “why should I bother?” or “what’s in it for me?”  - That is why I do not expect you to jump around in barely controllable excitement and enquire as to exactly how can you “Go Ancient” – And why would one want to do so anyway? Well, one good reason is a little fun and revisit the past. The great news is that you don’t actually have to go to the past, you can take it in today, and in a modern way, by appreciating the North Creek Outdoor Hanging Lantern (found here, http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49180.html). Recognizing the value and significance of historical objects and events helps us understand our present. I’ll tell you what, this light fixture (which is made in the image of the more traditional lanterns) is quite breathtaking with its craftsman like qualities. With the olde bronze frame supporting a seedy glass it does sound like a piece of ancient glory. It also has something that reminds me of China, but that is a story for another time. Admire our other outdoor olde style mission and craftsman lights.

Kichler Warner Park Outdoor Light

I remember the time when I was young and full of fancies. When I used to fancy the rain, the wind and the snow. When in fall, the sight of rusty old leaves in the dimly lit backyard of my house would take me to another world. The ‘Kichler Warner Park Light’ is quite similar to the hauntingly beautiful lamp that features in my memories. I am delighted to install the Kichler Light in my new backyard, I am pretty convinced that once I do so, it will produce that same out-of-the-world effect that made me spend countless nights in my backyard as a child. The outdoor ceiling light fixture is graced with a bronze skeleton and a light golden glass, this lamp is certainly something that is worth more than what its price tag suggests (a measly 134$). It comes with a light bulb of your own choice (fluorescent or incandescent) and promises to keep you outdoor lit for long period of time. You can find the nitty-gritty details about this flush mount light here, http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49108.html. Now let me go back to my backyard (metaphorically of course).

Outdoor Wall Light: Rain On Me!

Venetian Rain Outdoor Light Fixture by Kichler Lighting

I do not know about you, but I am quite confident that I would drop dead (in a good way) at the sight of something truly beautiful. And in case of these outdoor lamps, even the name has enough power to disarm me of my wits and light a new path. This lamp fixture is an exquisitely well crafted piece of art (how else would you compliment its elegant black frame lined with golden strips) and I wish they had lamp galleries somewhere to showcase this beauty. While the constructional technicalities add up to the proportionate structure (Width: 11.5″ – Height: 37″ – Extension: 16″), it is the overall aura of this outdoor lamp that eventually does the trick. Remaining true to its name, the ‘Venetian Rain’ reminds you of the streets of Venice (even if you have never been there) and for this reason alone, this lighting fixture is a must-have for any household. And guess what, they are offering it on a discounted price. What else do you want? Matching outdoor post lighting and ceiling fixtures? Go get it (view the product here, http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49135bkg.html).

Go to Franceasi! Outdoor Light Fixture

Franceasi Outdoor Lighting Fixture

With a name like Franceasi, you can’t go wrong with this outdoor lighting fixture!  It’s versatile styling is so retro but at the same time very new and unique. It’s so unique it’s hard to place it in any category, it can be matched with art deco, transitional, traditional, and victorian architecture. Cloud 9 is where the light’s designer, Francois must have been, or maybe he just climbed his way up the Eiffel Tower for inspiration. This light, (found here: http://www.brilliantoutdoors.com/kic-49229ozled.html), will take you to the haute couture of France’s most esteemed designs. You don’t have to go to France for this light, course that might not be a bad idea if a vacation is what you really need and while you’re there you can check out the similar designer styled outdoor light fixtures. Don’t forget to stop at Francois’s place, he’ll be waiting for you! Keep in mind that the only way to get Francois away from his work is to tell him there are truffles where you are going.
